Delete your TenantOps account
In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. It takes effect at once. If you no longer have the app, ask here.
What is deleted
Your sign-in identity, password, multi-factor settings, sessions, notification tokens, and your name, email and phone number. Copies leave our backups within 90 days.
What stays with your organization
Work orders, notes and messages you wrote are your organization’s records. They stay, attributed to a former user. An organization owner is asked to hand ownership to another administrator, or to close the organization, first.
